What happened

  • MediaNama, analysing the UDRP decision, reports the fertility chain’s domain was moved out of its account on 31 Oct 2024 without authorisation and noticed only in Jan 2025; the Jaipur reseller (Global IT Providers, a PDR Ltd reseller) reported the control panel was accessed from an unfamiliar location. The domain was then at Hostinger; the panel rejected the respondent’s claimed purchase and ordered it returned.
  • Root cause: compromise of the domain reseller control panel; transfer notification email went unread.
  • Attacker: respondent named in the decision as Saurav Shinde (claimed a peer-to-peer purchase, rejected).
  • Response: UDRP complaint succeeded; domain recovered.
